CHANDIGARH: Accusing Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal and his alliance partner BJP of “doublespeak” on the SYL issue, Punjab Congress president Capt Amarinder Singh on Thursday announced to embark on a march along the SYL route to “expose how the Badals and BJP were going against the interests of Punjab”.

FEROZEPUR: Punjab Congress chief Capt Amarinder Singh on Wednesady launched the ‘DrugFree Punjab’ campaign here on Wednesday. International wrestler Dalip Singh Rana, known as Khali, was also present on the occasion. The function was organised by Congress MLA Parminder Singh Pinki. Captain administered the oath to the gathering that “they will not only themselves touch the drugs, but will also ensure that none of their friends or relatives did so.”
