New Delhi: Stressing on the importance of unity, senior Congress leader from Punjab Rajinder Kaur Bhattal on Monday urged the high command to announce the revamp of its state unit soon as the party stood a good chance of winning the 2017 Assembly elections. During her meeting with the Congress president Sonia Gandhi, Bhattal pressed upon her to address the issue of factionalism and present a united face of the party ahead of the polls.
