Dhuri : Former Chief Minister Rajinder Kaur Bhattal today said the Land Acquisition Act passed by the UPA government was pro-farmer while the legislation being pushed by the NDA government was “anti-farmer”. She said the Congress would not tolerate any change in the Act.
