Amritsar : Manpreet Singh Badal, who has recently merged his People’s Party of Punjab (PPP) with the Congress, has said it was an unconditional pact devoid of any post or position for him or any of his supporters. Congress workers today gave him a rousing welcome during his maiden visit to the holy city. He paid obeisance at the Golden Temple, Durgiana Mandir and Jallianwala Bagh.
