CHANDIGARH: Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) president Partap Singh Bajwa on Thursday rejected the clean chit given by deputy chief minister Sukhbir Badal to his brother-in-law and revenue minister Bikram Singh Majithia in the multi-crore drug smuggling racket in the state. Bajwa said Sukhbir himself could not be the investigator, prosecutor and the judge combined into one.
