Reacting sharply to the news report pertaining to the issue of uncertainty over the 2,640 MW coal-based Gidderbaha Thermal Project, Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) president Capt Amarinder Singh said today that all the claims made by Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal of making the state power surplus were proving to be “hollow” claims.
