Chandigarh : Punjab government has appointed Bharat Inder Singh Chahal an adviser and senior journalist Raveen Thukral media adviser to Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh in the rank of Ministers of State (MoS). Chahal has got the reward for his loyalty to Captain when he was out of power for 10 years. Booked in a DA case during the previous regime, he was later acquitted by the court.
