Jakhar, Bajwa to attend AICC meet on kisan rally

Abohar : State Congress president Partap Singh Bajwa and Congress Legislature Party Leader Sunil Jakhar have been asked to attend a meeting at the office of the All-India Congress Committee (AICC) in New Delhi tomorrow. Sources said the AICC had formed a central action committee to organise a kisan rally on April 19 to protest against the land acquisition Act and the delay in payment of compensation to farmers.

Bardwal (Dhuri) :Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today held an election rally here. He spoke about grants given by him at a recently held Sangat Darshan programme in the village.
