MULLANPUR DAKHA (LUDHIANA): PPCC President Partap Singh Bajwa today assured the people of Punjab that PPCC would not allow implementation of Wealth Tax on farmers and he is meeting AICC President Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh on May 29 to request them to defer the proposed amendment in this regard in Finance Bill 2013.
