CHANDIGARH: The confusion in USA and other Western countries about the exclusive and distinct Sikh identity reflects the total failure of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee and the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee to create awareness about the most nascent religion of the world.
