CHANDIGARH: Senior Congress leader Sunil Jakhar on Sunday lambasted the SAD-BJP government and said it owed ` 52 crore to 11 lakh job card holders in the state under the Mahatma Gandhi national Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MNREGS).
